We have simplified the process so that you can either visit our store and get photographed or email us your image for us to verify , check and issue your unique digital code to upload when you apply for your UK passport

Following confirmation of order and payment image and code emailed to you
You receive your images verified and uploaded to SCS ready to be used for your application via digital code (code valid for 30 days)
Guidelines for digital passport photos :
Your photo must :
-
contain no other objects or people
-
be taken against a plain light-coloured background
-
be in clear contrast to the background not have ‘red eye’
-
include your head, shoulders and upper body
Do not crop your photo - it will be done for you
In your photo you must :
-
be facing forwards and looking straight at the camera
-
have a plain expression and your mouth closed
-
have your eyes open and visible not have hair in front of your eyes
-
not have a head covering
-
not have anything covering your face
-
not have any shadows on your face or behind you
-
not wear glasses of any kind
Digital code can be issued for U.K passports only

The code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and a charge applies for re-issuing a new code Ë–
if hard copies are required you can collect in person at the store by stating your order number or in the post - £ 2.49 for P&P or free when collecting in person
