Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long do the 3D Crystals take to produce ?
    Typically 3 to 5 working days. At Christmas and busy periods it can take up to 7 working days please contact the store for details.
  • Do you offer free delivery service ?
    Yes , generally around Camberley, Farnborough , Chobham ,Frimley and Woking. Please check with the store when placing the order either by email, chat or phone.
  • Deposits for personalised products ?
    If the items are custom made we do require full payment in advance for orders placed in the store and on line.
  • Can you create a 3D crystal with any type of image ?
    Yes , we can work with most common photo formats. You can also bring in printed photos which we can scan and convert to 3D. They could be on your mobile devices or you can email images over to us.
  • Can orders be collected from the Woking store ?
    Yes you can collect orders from the store once they have been placed on line. Please wait for a confirmation from the store to inform you that your order is ready before making the journey.
  • What is process the of placing an order on line ?
    Please select your item and place the order by making the payment. Once the order has been placed , please email the image mentioning your order number and any text you would like to be mentioned in the crystals. Please note that we cannot engrave any more than 3 words in any type of crystal and none in keyrings or necklaces.
  • Do you post abroad ?
    Yes we can. Please contact the store for delivery charges as they can vary from country to country.
  • Not sure of the quality of a photo for engraving or printing ?
    Please email the image over to sales@photogiftswoking.com stating your exact requirement and we will get back to you with our comments. Please mention your phone number as well.
  • Refunds and returns policy ?
    We do our very best to deliver the perfect product or service to you. If the product is customised and created after confirming proofs etc it may not be possible to exchange to a different version as customised products cannot be sold on.However if the unlikely event of the product being faulty or erroneous , we will do our best to replace or issue a refund. Once personalised orders have been confirmed and production has commenced the artwork cannot be swapped or changed.
  • Uncollected items ?
    Uncollected orders will be disposed of after 30 days of production
